All ProductivePro Academy products are digital. There are no physical items shipped, no shipping costs, and no shipping delays.
1. How delivery works
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we send a delivery email to the address you provided at checkout. The email contains:
- Your order reference.
- A secure link to access your course.
- Direct download links for any bundled resources.
You'll also see your purchased course in your account area, ready to stream anytime.
2. Delivery timing
Delivery is typically immediate — usually within a couple of minutes of successful payment. In rare cases (payment provider delays, email deliverability issues), it may take up to 60 minutes.
3. If you haven't received your email
Try the following, in order:
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Search your inbox for "ProductivePro" or your order reference.
- Confirm you entered the correct email address at checkout.
- Contact support@productivepro.academy with your order reference and we'll resend it right away.
4. Access period
Once delivered, your access is lifetime. You can revisit the course, re-download resources, and receive future updates for as long as the course remains part of our catalogue.
5. International customers
Because all products are digital, we deliver globally. There are no customs, duties, or shipping fees.
